I am working on a small firewall, I had to extract data from each tcp packet from port 80 (http) to parse it. This code works well on a 32-bit debian virtual machine, I can print the headers of each web page, but when I try to load the kernel module and transfer some data through the http port, it does not print the data.
When I compile, it only displays these warnings on my 64-bit computer:
/home/dev3/C/FIREWALL/firewall.c: In function 'hook_func': /home/dev3/C/FIREWALL/firewall.c:179: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size /home/dev3/C/FIREWALL/firewall.c:179: warning: cast to pointer from integer of different size
Anyone have any ideas please?
Thanks.
