Shadow issue in ie 8 and ie 7 in jquery plugin

On my website, the slider at the top of the page does not display correctly, i.e. 7 and ie8. the shadow is included in the first image not in the rest of all images only in ie.Its works fine, i.e. mozilla and another browser.

This is because IE7 and IE8 do not support css3.
