Disable the latest version of TFS

Question

I need to return the project to the release of recent weeks. Therefore, I received a specific version by date, but now, if I add space to a file, it checks and receives the latter.

I went to Tools -> options -> initial control -> VS TFS -> "Get the latest version when checking" -> not checked.

Then I went to “Tools” → “Source Control Settings” → “Enable Last Account” → unverified.

But the behavior is still happening! Not sure what to try.
