Strange .dll file in bin folder, ASP.Net MVC

Question

Recently, when I create and publish my MVC4 project, a strange file appears in my bin folder, and when I browse a website, I encounter the following error:

Failed to load file or assembly '' or from its dependencies. An attempt was made to download a program with the wrong format.

The website works well on local IIS with the presence of these files.

When I delete these two files on a local or production server, it says:

Failed to load type "XXXX.MvcApplication"

What can cause this?

Go to your project properties (right-click on the project and hit objects), and on the Application tab, change your assembly name to "` "to what you expected your dll name to be.
