How to disable the .vspscc file that is issued when I open the VS 2010 solution?

Whenever I open a VS 2010 project, I find a .vspscc file that is checked at the same level as my .sln file - this is a check from TFS. How to disable the .vspscc file that will be checked when I open the VS 2010 solution?
