Remote css class is still valid
<link href="~/Styles/Site.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> I added only one (above) style sheet on my page. I have buttons as a menu, and there CssClaas set to mbt . If I remove CssClass="mbt" from the button tag, I will see this button completely without style.
<asp:Button ID="mHome1" runat="server" Text="Home" CssClass="mbt" PostBackUrl="~/Default.aspx"/> But I have already removed mbt from Styles/Site.css . I now do not have the mbt class in my entire project, but still its effect is. I tried to rebuild the project and restart visual-studio, but its effect does not go. How? Why?
Have you tried to clear your browser cache? The stylesheet file may be cached.
In most browsers, you can force all files to reload by pressing Shift-F5 or Ctrl-F5.
In my experience, I had cache problems when using Google Chrome.
Internet Explorer has a useful option (in the "Internet Options - General tab ->" Search History "->" Settings "section), where you can tell the browser to check for new versions of files every time the page loads. This option can be especially useful when developing a web application.
In firefox, you can find the settings in the Options dialog box under Advanced → Network.
