The similarity of processes in Windows Phone

The library project I am WP, I am trying to associate the process of heavy processing with a hardware thread (0 or 1). Therefore, an application using the library uses another available kernel.

Can we establish the proximity of the process in the Windows Phone 8 application? I cannot find documentation about something like SetProcessAffinity for WP8.

Processor compatibility and many hardware features are not available at a low level on Windows Phone (and most mobile platforms), so the hardware can be upgraded over time (for example, the future Windows Phone may have more than 2 cores) without causing application incompatibility.

The solution is to use the abstract libraries that the platform provides that work best with the equipment at the time. For Windows Phone 8, some options ...
