Reading forms in ms text document in java

Hi, I am using Apache POI XWPF to read a Word document, but I cannot read forms inside word documents. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

I also suggest parsing and modifying xml files directly / or via poi. If you rename the docx file to zip and unzip it, you can perform a full-text search to find the correct xml and spot r'to changes.
