Can I track the location of a Google map using a landline phone number?

I want to find a location on a Google map using a phone number. Is it possible? If so, what is the parameter that I need to add to the request URL. At the moment I am adding "address", and my URL

So far I know this is not possible with Google Maps (but maybe someone else knows more ...). In a country like Italy (where I live), it may even be against the law (depending on several legal parameters).

Despite this, I noticed that some users here signal that some applications developed and managed by Google and installed on Android devices seem to be able to do this (in countries where this is legal, of course). Most likely, these applications use the Google online database, inaccessible to the average user / developer.

In addition, there are other companies that offer location services that can find the user as if he is using a cell phone and if he uses the landline alone (in countries where it is legal).
