JmDNS not working properly on Android 4.1

I implement JmDNS as follows here . When I run the code on my Android 2.2.5 htc Evo, I can open my Linux computer. However, when I run the same code on my galaxy s3 ssung (4.1.0), nothing appears. The strange thing is that he worked on my 4.1 week ago, but now it is not. I tried a different solution here , but no luck. If someone experienced this and could shed light on why gingerbread cookies work with jmdns, but not with jelly.

Clarification:

My Android Android device will not allow any services other than those created from the device. My device 2.3 will allow services other than those created on device 4.1. could it be ip6 for ip4?

I partially followed the tip here , but instead of create (String hostName), I created (InetAddress addr).

String ip = Formatter.formatIpAddress(wifiManager.getConnectionInfo().getIpAddress()); _bindingAddress = InetAddress.getByName(ip); _jmdns.create(_bindingAddress);
