Problem with added developer portal device

I ran into a problem with the Apple Developer Portal. I added a new UDID (with all alphabets as capitals) to my dev account. But now the device shows the UDID with all lowercase letters. This may be the reason that I cannot deploy the adhoc assembly for this device. If I disconnect this device and try adding it again with a different name and the same UDID (inserted as capital letters), the previously disconnected device is activated again, and the new device is not added.

I'm not sure if this question is suitable here on stackoverflow, in which case it will be closed very soon :-). But if that happens, it would be very helpful if someone could tell me about this workaround.

OK, here is the problem:

In iOS7, UDIDs are no longer available through "send me my UDID applications."

UDIDs are available ONLY through Xcode or connecting to itunes.

Those submitted by applications are incorrect and will fail - they all have FFFFF as the beginning ...

To find the correct UDID, connect to itunes.

Press on:

My device-> serial number (it will switch to UDID)

Grrrrr ..............

A very pretty woman at Apple led me through her.
