Hide taskbar in fullscreen WPF

I recently tried to make the taskbar invisible in maximization mode, but, unfortunately, nothing worked. I had some MSDN research and stack overflow, and most of them said that the window border of the window is equal to none and maximizes the window. but it didn’t work.
BTW: I use Metro-window, and it has a hide taskbar function directly. But that didn't work either.

My experience with Windows 8.1 is that setting WindowStyle="None" WindowState="Maximized" (as most people say) is not enough.

To hide the taskbar, I had to set ResizeMode="NoResize"
