What to do for DPRP is disabled for this merchant errors?

I created this array with my error

I assume that you are trying to use CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile with credit card information, and this is what you get .. ??

DPRP = Recurring payments DirectPayment. This is an optional feature that you must activate in your PayPal account. Unfortunately, they will charge you another $ 30 per month for the initial Payments Pro fee, so you will pay a total of $ 60 per month to use it.

If this is normal, you can just call PayPal and ask them to enable it for you. If you prefer not to pay this monthly fee, you can get the setup using Payments Advanced and use Recurring Billing instead. It is much cheaper.
