Email Eventbrite Variables

Purpose: to send a personalized / personalized email address for an eventbrite participant, including custom links with event / order information as parameters in the request and description.

Example:

Hello, Dear visitor, your ticket reservation for $ event_title (ID: $ event_id) has been approved, and your order ID: $ order_id

I already read the next section, but it didn’t help, I ask for one more thing - “Email Users”, and not “Order Confirmation”. Submit Eventbrite Member Details to the Order Confirmation Page via the Forwarding URL

Anyway to achieve this? thank you

The official response received from Eventbrite Support is as follows (Request ID: 619986):

Thank you for contacting us!

To send participants an e-mail through our official function "Send messages by e-mail", there is no way to personalize it for each participant without sending individual letters and calling a specific participant. If you are sending a large number of letters to several participants, there will be no way to include any personal messages for individual participants.

I hope this information helps, and please feel free to contact us if you have further questions! If you have any specific developer issues you can contact our development team at: api@eventbrite.com.

I am working on a product team for Eventbrite.

Unfortunately, dynamic fields are not what we created for confirmation by email. I will be sure that this will be added to our function request queue.

Here's more information on what an order confirmation email looks like: http://help.eventbrite.com/customer/portal/articles/426236-order-confirmation-customization

As you can see, Eventbrite automatically sends an email with the name of the event and the order number. On this confirmation email, we allow you to add custom text, but we do not allow bulk customization. This is done by design, because we found that with too much customization, the format was broken, and the participants could not accurately decipher the important information from the confirmation.

Hope this helps!
