Webpage crashes into WebBrowser but works fine in Internet Explorer

Any idea why, when I go to this page in the winforms.NET application with nothing but WebBrowser , and click the ">" right arrow to go to the next page in the table shown on this page, it remains loaded forever. But if I do the same in Internet Explorer 9 and 10, or Chrome, it works fine.

I even tried changing the browser emulation to 9 on a Win 7 machine and to 10 on a Win 8 machine, but it continues to do the same.

Including FEATURE_SCRIPTURL_MITIGATION in the registry for my application allows this.
