Like the Eclipse Resource bundle editor in IntelliJ IDEA

Question

I am just starting to use IDEA and I cannot believe that there are no similar smths in IDEA. I want to add a property to the Resource Bundle editor for all file differences, only the language suffix and that the words after editing in another language become UTF-8 encoded.

How can i do this?
