Setting up a development environment in eclipse for Android Samsung SDK

Can someone please help me set up a development environment in eclipse for sdk android samsung.
I am using eclipse helios and trying to add the URL of an additional site http://innovator.samsungmobile.com/android/repository/repository.xml

but it will not be connected.
Has anyone encountered this problem?
Please, help.

I'm not sure which SDK for Samsung you have in mind, but this URL is not valid, as you can see, just opening it in a browser. You will be redirected to the Samsung developer site.

However, you do not need the Samsung SDK for a clean Android development. If you install the Android development kit and Android platform SDK, you are ready to go. You can create skin emulators to look like some Samsung devices out of the box (with Android SDK 21).

And if you are setting up a new environment anyway, use Eclipse Juno instead of Helios. Otherwise, you are missing one year of fixes and features in all Eclipse tools ...
