User is not eligible for this purchase to purchase android inapp

Question

I developed an InApp purchase for an Android app.

My APK is signed and uploaded to the developer console and creates one subscription product. This product also published my draft draft APK and created one test email account.

If I used test products, they worked fine, but when I used real products, they showed

User is not eligible to this purchase error

but in the background is a description of the product and the name of the product.

I use Test Mail ID as the primary mail identifier of my device, but still it shows the same error. I’m Google, someone said that accessing the APK takes a little time, but I downloaded my APK 2 days ago, showing the same error.

i solved the above problems of my update eclipse InApp billing version 2 for InApp billing version 3.

But I'm using version 2 related code using Inapp, so it shows this error.

when I degrade the InApp binary protocol. Code version 3 - 2 is working fine.
