Fbcdn An error occurred while processing the request

Some videos uploaded to facebook using the iOS Facebook SDK give me the error "An error occurred while processing your request"

I am trying to play this video on MPMoviePlayerViewController. Some videos work just fine, some videos just don't. The video plays beautifully on Facebook, so it’s not related to its data. Cannot find documentation about what this error is related to.

This means that the link to the video has expired, it usually works for 2 days and then expires, and you need to request the facebook API again to get a new link.

I also got to this page with an error, on iOS on iPhone 4 when using the Facebook application.

To play the video even if it has expired, find the message you want and instead of clicking on the embedded video, select the publication date. If the message reads:

John Doe shared a video with Jane Doe: December 1, 2012 at 9:30 pm.

... then you click the date and time on the post “December 1, 2012 at 9:30 pm” and it will lead you to the video without using an expired link. The video should play like this.

I replaced 'v' with "embed" in url. It worked.

VideoUrl = VideoUrl.replace ("/ v /", "/ embed /")
