Running the elasticsearch search phase

I have problems and I don’t know where to turn. In short, my web designer left me high and dry, and I have no idea what he did and he refuses to answer his phone. I have access to the main page, but after that I am completely blocked and look at SearchPhaseExecutionException for each individual product in my store. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have absolutely no idea what to do. Here is the complete error log, and I can post any additional information needed to fix this problem:

SearchPhaseExecutionException at /category/1 Failed to execute phase [query], total failure; shardFailures {[_na_][product][0]: No active shards}{[_na_][product][1]: No active shards}{[_na_][product][2]: No active shards}{[_na_][product][3]: No active shards}{[_na_][product][4]: No active shards}

Somewhere on your website / farm, the elasticsearch server is running. This server has an index called product , and I would suggest that this index contains information about the products in your store. This elasticsearch server is currently experiencing some kind of problem, which is why the index is unavailable. You may be able to tell you what is happening by looking at the elasticsearch server log file, which is different from your web server log file. Do you see log files named elasticsearch.log ?

By the way, since several iterations may be required to find out what is happening, it would be easier to transfer this conversation to the elasticsearch mailing list or #elasticsearch IRC channel on freenode.

several times this error occurred due to data, the data to be searched must be cleared, as the elastic search will work with words such as “[PREPARATION” or even “word:”, because punctuation infuriates it.

if you don’t want to clear the data, you can just catch the exception and it will continue
