What happens after Visual Studio RC finishes?

Question

Now I am using VS 2012 Ultimate RC, which expires in 10 days.

I have never used RC before, so I don’t know what will happen after they expire. Perhaps the IDE will be disabled? Or will the command line tools not be available?

Perhaps someone knows the official frequently asked questions that explain this?

A comment from Jeff Beeler (MSFT) indicates that RC will stop working.

Under the terms of the VS2012 Release Candidate license, you will find that the software will stop working on January 15, 2013.
