Kendo-Whistock chart not available for IE9 and Mozilla?

we have a page that has stock charts, and recently we noticed that the stock is not displayed in IE8 and mozilla.

In addition to the stock chart, there are also grids on the same page that work fine. Is there such a known bug with Stockcharts in IE8 and mozilla, and if so, is there some workaround for this problem.

here is a patch for simulating a canvas , i.e. and mozilla check css or html tags ok
