Is it possible and possible to extend the websharper to support the decimal data type?

I am looking for a framework that will generate Javascript for the client side, and I am ready to learn more F # to do this.

It is mandatory to have a decimal fully compatible data type in Javascript. Can this be done? Are there any Websharper extension guides?

I noticed that the websharper website has no links to forums, and the google group google group has the latest post since 2011.

Is the project active, supported and developed?
