XPCOM and firefox mobile

Question

I found a lot of problems to develop a browser plugin for Android. I have to use several C ++ libraries, so I need to write C ++ code.

Can I develop a mobile firefox extension with the C ++ XPCOM core?

if so - Where can I find a few examples?
