The file http://chrisrjones.com/files/ahah-mp4-2.mov is sendt with the MIME type: video / quicktime.

Try sending it with the MIME type: video / mp4.

And encode the video in H.264.

If it does not work in Internet Explorer, it is agile because the video is not encoded in H.264.

For some reason, if you enable the "control" function of the video tag, the video is displayed in chrome on OS X. So far, the only browser that does not show the video file is chrome Version 24.0.1312.52 for OS X.
