Blank pages in CF10 for .CFM (uppercase only) pages

Question

We have several servers with IIS7 and ColdFusion. Some of them are CF9, some of them are CF10. Coldfusion pages ending in ".cfm" (lowercase) display correctly on both. However, if you enter ".CFM" (uppercase) as the browser URL, Coldfusion 10 servers will return a blank white page. (page source also empty) Coldfusion 9 Server displays the page as usual. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Coldfusion 10 is considered case sensitive when it comes to file names.

The Tomcat ColdFusion 10s Embedded Web Server handles case sensitivity different from the old JRun Embedded Web Server. Basically, it follows RFC and is case sensitive.
