Rails 3, Wicked_pdf Does Not Collect Styles, Media Type, or Separate Template

So, I hit my head all day yesterday, trying to work properly with PDF rendering. After you tried the shrimp and PDFKit, I found that the problem, at least that it generally works, is related to wkhtmltopdf on Mac OS 10.7 , but now the problem is that it completely ignores any styles, which I add to target pdf format, type of print medium and any special templates.

Here is the pastebin where I am now: http://pastebin.com/LW16RYjW

Trying all of these and a few others did not work for me:

I finally got to this setting:

Not knowing what else to do, I physically copied pdf_helper.rb to my lib / directory (I donโ€™t know why it wasnโ€™t there before, or even if it should have been in a bunch (?))

Can someone tell me why it doesn't seem to pick any rendering options in the controller and how can I get styles for registration without affecting the screen version (html)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.

Disable the middleware or add the route that you are trying to configure in the middleware call, as described in README.
