Why direct subscription billing does not work with some carriers to purchase a subscription on Google Play?

I have implemented subscriptions in the application with the Google Play Billing API . Testing successfully used a credit card.

I have problems with purchases made using direct faxes.

Here is what I have (testing only on American media):

  • AT & T - works great
  • Verizon - Works great.
  • Sprint - getting the error that "Direct Ticket Payment is not available (IAI).
  • T-mobile - Works great from 5/21/13.

Interestingly, trying to buy regular applications using Carrier Billing seems to work, the problem is only in buying subpages in the application .

Eliminate all configuration problems, etc., since an error occurs in the Google Wallet GUI (after clicking the "Accept" button), and it works 100% of the time for AT & T.

Does anyone know what happens with DCB and IAB to subscribe to T-mobile and Sprint?

Update 04.20.2014 . It seems that the problem was on the operator’s side. IAB v3 seems to work too. Your mileage may vary with other carriers.

Update 05 27 2014 . It also looks like Google has added US Cellular to the list and works well with IAB V3.
