Links are not clickable in IE

I am working on this site http://zap3d.com/ and I have a problem: with Internet Explorer (IE) I can’t click two links (download and download), but with Chrome and Firefox I can.

Here is my download button to download

Some versions of Internet Explorer cannot register clicks on elements that have a transparent background, and no content inside. In these cases, set the opacity of the element to zero:

 .upload_button { opacity: 0; } 

You will get the same invisible elemental effect, while maintaining compatibility between browsers.
