How to run a digital clock on a Windows Phone 8 tile? (Description inside)

I'm working on setting up Tiles for applications for Windows Phone 8, someone will tell me how to update tile time every minute, like the first time in the picture below,

I used ScheduledAgent , but this is normal when I start the service in debug mode.,.

I saw an example in here , but this one is for a metro application.,

You cannot update livetile more than every 30 minutes on Windows Phone unless you push a push notification from the server every minute, which is not very efficient in any case.
