VS 2010 SP1 - project type not supported by this installation

I have a 2010 Ultimate SP1 visual studio using a solution in which my two .csproj projects will not open. The error I get is a project type that is not supported by this installation.

This is not a problem with the solution, because these projects open without problems at all other workstations.

My project type is guid and seems to be the same for both projects that are not available in the solution:

{786C830F-07A1-408B-BD7F-6EE04809D6DB}; {FAE04EC0-301F-11D3-BF4B-00C04F79EFBC}

I checked all my preconditions and they seem to be installed correctly. I noticed that when opening a visual studio, sometimes the name of the license is different. I am wondering if there could be a conflict with the previous installation? Any suggestions would be helpful.

It looks like you are missing the Portable Library tools. Are you sure it is installed?

The reason for this question is because you are trying to open a project where the template is not installed in VS 2010. For example, by default, VS2010 does not have the MVC3, MVC4, and Silverlight 5 templates. You need to install them if you want to open their project types.
