Android Position, Longitude (min., Max.), Latitude (min., Max.)

I have a little problem with Android.

I have a GPS position, clear latitude and longitude, and a search beam in meters (e.g. 100 meters), is it normal?

Imagine my position in the center of the circle made by a beam, I would know how to get it on Android: topLeft Latitude topLeft Longitude bottomLeft Latitude bottomLeft Longitude

the rectangle that inscribes the circle.

Thanks in advance.

1) Convert the center of lat long to cartesisan x, y in meters: (lat lon are on a sphere, x, y is a flat map, then you can continue school math

2) use the polar coordinate formula to create 4 corner points
the first angle has an angle of 45 degrees, and r = 100 m
the second corner of the square has an angle of 45 + 90 degrees

3) converts back the 4 Cartesian counter coordinates to lat, lon
