Good WiX Editor

Question

I am currently working on a project that uses WiX to create MSI. In the past, I used WiXEdit for Sourceforge to manage the files that are included in a WiX project, as it is a bit easier than manipulating XML directly, but it is still a bit awkward. Does anyone know of a better file management tool included in a WiX project, or a better alternative to create an MSI for deploying an MVC application?

You might want to consider IsWiX (CodePlex)

Here's a recent YouTube video blog post showing how to create a stub windows service, create an installer for it and check it in TFS SaaS to build CI in <10 minutes.

The same patterns can be used to handle what MVC can impose on you. (Publish Tweak MSBuild proj in a local folder and use IsWiX for cherries to select files from this folder in your WXS.)

An hour on webex together is likely to bring subtleties to clarity.

Here is the list of editors: http://robmensching.com/blog/posts/2007/11/20/WiX-editors . WiX v2.0 editors are not interesting, but WiX v3.0 editors are still relevant.
