Can I use Visual Assist X on multiple machines?

I always believed that the rights to each user, and not to cars, were much fairer, because, just like the insurance policies for several cars work, you are likely to share your time between two installations, and not use them at the same time.

Despite the frequently asked questions, if your laptop and desktop are on the same network, checking the Visual Assist license does not allow you to use it on both machines at the same time. Since I think this is the exact opposite of what their FAQ says, I opened an incident with support and report any results here.

EDIT: Technical support gave me a workaround.
