How to create installation package for wpf 4.5 application using script

I need to create a setup installation via scripts for my WPF application. I don’t know where to start, and what is the best way to do this. Please, help.

You can:

• Use the built-in type of installation project in Visual Studio to create the MSI installer
  • Textbooks
• Use something like NSIS or WIX . I use NSIS for all my applications, both have learning curves, and NSIS is pretty easy to skin.

Consider using Inno Setup ▶ http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php

It is free and also provides a powerful script to make an installer package.

Agree with Echilon. I would like to add that Inno Setup is also a very good solution.

IMHO WIX is much more difficult to understand and manage than alternatives, for small projects this is not the best option.
