It took me a month or two to make out and track, so I send for the benefit of others. because Apple Customer Service was unable to diagnose it and even went so far as to change its device to a new one, which, of course, did not help. There was nothing about this at Google.
In the end, I made the diagnosis by setting โFind my friendsโ to geo-photograph my real location and send a message when he noticed me leaving. Secondly, I started running my Xcode application, which instantly pinged.
Xcode has a setting that sets GPS to the selected dummy location whenever you launch the application. You can find it by choosing Product> Scheme> Edit Schema in the top menu, then select Run Application on the left and Options at the top. The one you need is "Primary Location: Allow Location Simulation."
Just uncheck this box. The problem is resolved.
