What equipment supports eye and mouth detection?

I am developing an Android application that can be specified to run only on certain equipment (without worrying about working on each device); and this application will have some face recognition features, and I was hoping to use the leftEye , rightEye and mouth fields in the android.hardware.Camera.Face class.

I know that these fields, like documents, are optional ( This is an optional field, may not be supported on all devices. ); but I tested Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, and Nexus 10, and none of them supported these features.

So my question is: are there any hardware that really works with these fields?

Samsung GT-I9300 can detect the eyes, but can not detect the mouth.
