Removing a user from a Google remarketing list

I use Google Adwords remarketing on my website, and it turns out to be very effective! However, sometimes I need to remove a user from a remarketing list (after he visits a specific page).

As I understand it, there is no such script that Google provides. However, perhaps there is a workaround for some species? Is it possible?

create the following audiences

A - Your original audience
B - Everyone who visits this "specific page"
C - a combo audience : (original audience - audience B)

And then just reassign audience C. Anyone who visits your specific page will no longer be remarketing.

Thanks to @Elan Perach for the answer that solved the problem for me. Here is an alternative method that may be preferred, depending on your needs:

You can stop showing a specific remarketing campaign to users who visit a โ€œspecific pageโ€ by adding the Campaign audience exclusion (Campaign> Display Network> Interests and Remarketing> Campaign audience exclusions).

So, citing Elan's answer, you create audience B ("Everyone who visits this particular page") and add it as an exception, but you do not need to create audience C in this way. I found that this reduced the number of clicks, especially if you want to do this for multiple campaigns.
