TinyMCE Toolbar Not Displayed for Anonymous Users

I have custom types of dexterity: Folder is in a folder, Article should be added to this folder. In addition, the article is added by anonymous users. For quick testing, I change the folder security settings in ZMI by enabling the Add portal content permission for the Anonymous role.

Be that as it may, now that an anonymous user can add an article, but the TinyMCE toolbar does not show that it works well when the user adding the article adds the article. It seems that the TinyMCE panel needs more settings for an anonymous user. Any clues?

This is simply because the tiny javascript MCE is only loaded for authenticated users. To make it accessible to everyone, go to ZMI → portal_javascript, find tiny_mce and uncheck the "Restrict access to authenticated users" box? checkbox.

This will do the trick.
