UTF-8 Encoding Problem (Tridion 2011 SP1)

One of my projects has pages (e.g. a detailed page) with a vb script page template and several pages (e.g. a homepage) with a razor. We have an E in the text in one of the component fields (called the name).

Are Β£ encrypted on the homepage? and on the detailed page it optionally means Β£.

When I launch this homepage in the template builder, it looks great (Β£) and in the page source (on the presentation server), is it encoded? symbol.

Now I think this question is somewhere in the publication. We have already set the publication goal for UTF-8 encoding, and both pages (Home and Detailing) are published from the same target publication, as it can behave differently for these pages.

Even the general main page of this site also contains

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

I have included the tag below in the web configuration to remove this problem.

 <globalization fileEncoding="UTF-8" requestEncoding="UTF-8" responseEncoding="UTF-8"/>

Thus, on the details page, Β£ is encoded in some garbage characters (characters or rectangles).

Now points in my mind

-Using can be caused by a razor, but the razor's exit is ideal for building a pattern.

-Issue may be at the time of publication, but both pages are published for the same purpose of publication (UTF-8).

Can someone give me the right direction to solve this problem.

If there are problems with the encoding, it is always useful to skip through the 7 control points underlined by Elena Serga in her blog.
