How to start application development in Windows CE?

I am new to CE, I need to create a mobile computer application with a barcode scan that uses Windows CE 5.0 ( motorola mc3000 )

I thought I should use Visual Studio 2008 because it seems that neither VS2010 nor VS2012 support Windows CE 5.0: ETA for Smart Device projects for Visual Studio 2010

I have never used CE before, and I searched a lot for useful lessons that helped me in my task, but, unfortunately, to no avail.

Does anyone know a good teacher to help me get started well, knowing that I am using Windows 7?

Tutorial for Visual Studio 2003

The manual should work in 2003/2005. 2008 probably supports Windows 6.0 rather than 5.0. The SDK documentation should contain access information for the Motorola camera.
