GPUImage iOS Background Subtraction

I am starting to take pictures of the camera using startCameraCapture and using setFrameProcessingCompletionBlock to accept GPUImageOutput (my background image). Now I want each frame to subtract the background image from the other captured frames.

How can i achieve this? Thanks
