I do not think that it is possible to change the system message that is presented for the purchase of the application.
I recently added a shopping app to one of my apps and did not find the opportunity / opportunity to adapt this message.
What else, looking at some of the downloaded applications that are in the App Purchase, they all have the same wording by default.
I assume that Apple added the word βoneβ to make it clear that the user is buying a certain amount, regardless of what IAP is. Allowing developers to modify this text will open up the possibility of ambiguity in the purchase process, potentially obscene, deliberate or accidental ...
