How to add a link to a library in vba so that it stays added every time I open a new book?

Forgive me, I'm still new to this, but ...

In vba in Excel, when I go to Tools - Links, I can add a link, and it works fine. The box remains checked every time I open this book again.

However, if I create a new book, I need to restore the link to the same library. How to configure this so that the link to the library I want to be checked all the time - at the Excel application level, and not at the Excel workbook level? Thanks

Follow these steps to create a personal book.

Once you have created the book. Just go to the VBA personal book editor and add the link. Close all books and now open a new one. You will see that the link already exists.

I have the same problem. My solution was to use last binding instead of early binding to install Outlook objects.
