Unfortunately, this is not possible in the current version of the Certificates, Identities, and Profiles tool on developer.apple.com.
Since this profile was created by Xcode, the operations available to us with this tool are very limited:

For those profiles that we created manually, we can select the "Change" button and specify a new name for the profile (if you do not specify any special characters!), However, in the case of these special Xcode-generated profiles, Provisioning and application identifiers (as indicated in brackets "Managed by Xcode" in the upper right corner of the attached screenshot), the only operation available is "Delete".
What is unclear is whether this is just a temporary matter, while Apple is finalizing the development of kinks in this new version of the Support Center, if this is a more constant behavior that we will have to live with, or even if future versions of Xcode will continue to automatically generate Wildcard AppID and Team Provisioning Profiles. No matter what you can rename / reorganize these profiles at the current time, you can do nothing.
Warning: Pure speculation: Given that the documentation is strewn with links to the capabilities of the Team Provisioning Profile for Xcode and the Certificates, Identifiers and Profiles tool, I would venture to suggest that in a future version of Xcode we will be able to update these profiles. There are tons of people who are experiencing problems ranging from Xcode, which hangs until Xcode completely crashes as a result of these profiles, so Apple will almost certainly do something. Hopefully, when they do, some of these relatively minor troubles in the Portal will also disappear.
