I updated my SDK from API level from 15 to 17. Now, when I open eclipse, I get a message to update ADT. When I try to update ADT, it does not progress at all. See Attached Screenshot.
I am using Ubuntu 12.01.
download it from http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html in eclipse choose install new software from the help menu. select the adt plugin and give it a name.
try downloading it, then installing it locally http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html gives you steps for offline installation or trying to uncheck the last option by contacting the entire update site during the installation. to find software update
