Build error in header file "refclock.h", part of the Windows platform SDK

I am creating a VC ++ solution using the Win & SDK and Win8 SDK (including these paths in the LIB and INCLUDE VS2008 settings). But I get the following build error in the refclock.h header file. I do not understand how we can get an error in the standard MSFT header file. Can someone help me fix it?

This is caused by an error in the refclock.h header and the order of your include directories in Visual Studio.

You need to have the BaseClasses directory (Samples / Multimedia / DirectShow) before that contains the SDK directory, since both of them have a schedule.h file and refclock.h uses <> not "" to enable it.
