Is it possible to populate a google spreadsheet cell from a Webservice Value?

In our company, we use a google spreadsheet that contains the prices of all our products. These prices are available in US dollars and Euros.

Now the problem is that every day one guy has to look for the euro exchange for the day, and then change it to a cell, so I was wondering if we could call the web service to get a currency exchange for the day and automatically update the cell, not having a guy doing this because, frankly, it's like a Homer Simpson Bird Bird, there is no point in doing this work,

Thank you in advance for a great day!

It looks like a Google App Script app https://developers.google.com/apps-script/

Automate repetitive processes and workflows. Create scripts to automate cost approvals, track temporary files, manage tickets, complete orders, etc.

Link Google products with third-party services. A Script can send custom letters and a calendar invitation to a list from a MySQL database.

Create your own spreadsheet functions. Use custom formatting or perform sophisticated data analysis in Google spreadsheets.

There may be no benefit to the GWT.

ImportXML formula can query XML web services and process them using XPath. I think this is what you are looking for.
