Fixed microsoft.net shell exception in w3wp.exe

I am writing a console application that uses a workflow service. I tried to connect visual studio to the IIS process for debugging my application on two consoles with visual studio, but this did not work, and after that, when I try to do something with my service (update the service, create the service, open the service in a browser and etc.) only debugging debugger pops up: Unhandled exception of Microsoft.net infrastructure in w3wp.exe is excluded [every time there is an unstable number]

PS I have a working service in IIS, and before changing the settings I had no problems, but now even after rebooting I still have this problem.

Restart the site in IIS, and also restart the application pool for me.
