SMS receiver for sending SMS messages does not work in the emulator

Question

I am creating an application in which there is a module for sending SMS. I use 2 broadcast receivers and pending intentions, one for sending SMS messages and another for delivery. The broadcast SMS sender is working fine, but delivery is not going.

I am using the following code in a service.

An SMS sent to a network service provider means that you can receive a delivery notification. The code works on the device, but in the emulator it does not contain any service provider. Thus, it does not show a delivery notification to the emulator.
